Name: Denny Ledoux, 35, was born in North Battleford and raised in Saskatoon. He is registered at Mistawasis First Nations, and his mother is from Loon Lake, Saskatchewan. Denny attended several elementary schools including King George, Radius, and Mistawasis Elementary. For high school, he went to Bedford Road Collegiate, Mount Royal, Nutana, Bridges, and Oskayak. At 22, he graduated from the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology in the Adult 12 program. He then pursued a Business Administration program for three months before joining the Iron Workers Union Local 771 in Regina, Saskatchewan. His first rebar job was on the expansion project at the Agrium mine near Vanscoy, south of Saskatoon. This experience marked the beginning of an 11-year career as a reinforcing Iron Worker, where he embraced the discipline required for the job.

At 30, Denny started his own company, Only Solutions Reinforcing, and worked on various projects including Baydo Towers in downtown Saskatoon, condos, townhouses, and driveways. His collaboration with Howden Construction on a significant project was a turning point in his career, providing valuable learning experiences. Subsequently, he worked on projects such as a co-op in Spirit Wood and a school in Moosomin First Nation. After three years in business, Denny decided to prioritize his mental health and put his business on hold.

Following a moment of realization and reflection, Denny made a conscious decision to transform his lifestyle. He invested in self-improvement and sobriety, leading to the establishment of Only Solutions Reinforcing Motivation and a commitment to personal growth. Through various practices like meditation, positive thinking, gratitude, and healthy habits, he battled addiction and negative thought patterns. Over five years of dedicated effort, Denny achieved a sense of freedom and happiness, navigating through challenges and setbacks with a newfound perspective on emotions.

By fostering a growth mindset and developing his motivational program, OSRM, Denny embarked on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through two years of personal growth, he overcame doubts and fears, building confidence, trust, and self-love. The motivational group, Post Greatness, emerged from this process, creating a supportive environment for self-improvement challenges based on the medicine wheel's four aspects. Participants engage in self-growth challenges, breaking free from old habits and fostering courage, confidence, and personal development.

To join the online motivational challenge group, individuals can visit the website for a trial run before opting for the full OSRM package. Denny acknowledges the collaborative effort behind the program's development, particularly with Rhonda Thomas, who became a partner in Only Solutions Reinforcing-Motivation. Currently, Denny is pursuing Mental Health & Wellness studies at S.I.I.T. to become a certified counselor/therapist. While Rebar remains integral to his life, he has temporarily paused his company to focus on his education. Denny's ultimate goal is to continue impacting the world, through building the world, one rebar at a time, and changing the world, one act of kindness at a time.

Denny is currently sober and building his Dreams as he helps others build their Dreams and does his best to make this world, that much better than yesterday. SELF-GROWTH is KEY. 

2-YEAR GROWTH PERIOD-COLLABORATING WITH RHONDA THOMAS

Throughout the past two years, collaborating with Rhonda Thomas has been a rewarding experience. Together, we embarked on various projects, including the creation of a clothing line called Only Solutions. We aspired to showcase our clothing line on a runway. The idea sparked after attending a fashion show named "Come As You Are," where I was invited by my cousin Stephanie Gamble to model one of her designs. This experience inspired us to launch our own fashion show, named Dreams Fashion Show, featuring designers, models, musicians, and vendors. The inaugural event took place on the top floor of the Holiday Inn near the University of Saskatchewan.

Subsequently, we organized the Run to Rise Fashion Show, which included a marathon – the Only Solutions Reinforcing-M marathon. The two-day event featured a run from Chief Mistawasis Bridge to Dakota Dunes Casino on the first day, followed by an event at the casino featuring artists, designers, models, speeches, food, and vendors on the second day. Our third event, INNER FLAME, was hosted at The Avenue in downtown Saskatoon and showcased a youth powwow dance group, motivational speeches, designers, models, food, jokes, and entertainment.

Throughout these events, we completed five marathons, including two individual marathons and a three-day triple marathon, driven by the inspiration of Cree Ben, my younger brother. Presently, we are gearing up for our next joint venture – a 100-kilometer run on July 14th. This journey will be a test of endurance and unity as my brother and I take on the challenge together. The event, hosted by OSR-M with Rhonda Thomas as MC, will feature a youth powwow group, vendors, music, speeches, and a bouncy castle for kids, and will be held at Rotary Park in Saskatoon.

Additionally, I am currently training for my first amateur boxing match, aiming to conquer fear and self-doubt while striving for personal growth in strength, speed, and wisdom. The focus is on self-improvement rather than defeating an opponent. The event is being prepared under the guidance of Cole Smith from the Sandman Boxing System.
